3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

The movement parts of your watch are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 3 years to the first consumer/owner from date of purchase. All defective parts will be replaced with genuine factory material at no charge for parts or labor. A $20.00 shipping and handling charge applies. This Warranty does not include the watchcase, bracelet/strap, crystal, crown, or battery. Nor does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, water or tampering. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All implied warranties including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose are limited in duration to 3 years from date of original purchase. In no event will HW be responsible for consequential damage resulting from the use of this product
