1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The movement parts of your watch are warranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one year to the first consumer/owner from date of purchase.  All defective parts will be replaced with genuine factory materials at no charge for parts or labor.  A $15.00 shipping and handling charge applies.

This warranty does not include the watchcase, bracelet, crystal or battery.  Nor does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, water or tampering.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

All implied warranties including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.  In no event will Hampden Corporation be responsible for consequential damage resulting from the use of this product.
