COMPUTER GENERATED ARTWORK

Production ready art should be vector based and submitted in one of the following formats:

1. PDF

2. EPS

3. AI (Adobe Illustrator version 10 or higher)

4. CDR (CorelDRAW version 11 or higher)

Files submitted that are not vector based or are not considered production ready by Hampden and will incur a cleanup charge. Please contact our customer service representatives with your questions, customerservice@hampdenwatch.com.

IMPRINT CHARGES - WATCHES

One time set-up charge of $60.00(G) (*per size) includes first color

For the second and all subsequent colors an additional $50.00 (G) (*per size) per color applies.

Once camera-ready art is received, five working days are required to prepare a paper proof. Pre-production sample is available, please contact customer service, customerservice@hamdpenwatch.com. Additional charges may apply.

*Please note, there are separate set up charges for mens and ladie watches due to size difference.

LESS THAN MINIMUM CHARGES

Charges will be applied to all orders that do not meet the minimum quantities. If less than 12 watches are ordered, there is a $75.00(G) charge per order.

IMPRINT POSITION(S)

There are three primary logo imprint positions: Top, Center and Bottom.

There are two primary imprint positions: Top and Bottom.

Orders must specify desired imprint location.

ENGRAVING

Case back engraving of logo and/or personalization is available at $5.00(G) per piece. Contact us for details.

Imprint set-up charges apply when a logo is involved. See Imprint Charges.

SAMPLE PROOFS

Paper proofs can be emailed or faxed at no additional charge. Please make sure to specify how you wish to receive the paper proof. A pre-production product sample for client approval is available at end quantity pricing plus any applicable set-up and run charges. A pre-production sample can be sent with confirmed order, upon request.

LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS

For quantities above those priced within this catalog, please contact your Hampden Customer Representative for details on cost savings and delivery.

CORRECTIONS-CHANGES

Changes to orders in process may incur additional charges and increased production time.

PRODUCTION TIME

Once artwork has been confirmed and approved, production time is as follows:

Imprinted Watch Dials: within 21 working days

Custom Watches & Jewelry: 60-90 days (contact us to determine due date)

These lead times are approximations and may vary due to the size of order or the time of year.

PACKAGING

All watches are shipped in a gift box. Deluxe presentation boxes are available for an additional charge.
