Hampden inspects every item for quality and accuracy to ensure your satisfaction. If you or your client is not fully satisfied with the piece you designed, please do not hesitate to contact us. Hampden is glad to work with you make the necessary modifications.

Depending on the changes, an additional fee may be charged. Please note that personalized rings cannot be resized and that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a defect in workmanship or the product was not made to your specifications.
