All orders are subject to availability of manufacturing components. Hampden cannot be liable for an inability to ship due to a shortage of components. You are encouraged to confirm product availability on time-sensitive orders prior to ordering.
Product Warranty
All Hampden watches come with a 3-year limited warranty, a copy of which is available upon request. All Hampden watch batteries come with a lifetime replacement. A $10.00(G) charge applies to cover shipping and handling.

Returns
Custom orders are not subject to return.
Repairs
Factory repair services are available for out-of-warranty watches. Repair estimates will be provided with receipt of product prior to any work being performed.
Trademarks
Authorization is assumed to be transferred to Hampden by the distributor and its client regarding the use of any and all trademarks presented to us for reproduction. Hampden assumes no responsibility in trademark or copyright disputes.
